We recommend the 2 hour Sneak Preview event to be held on a Thursday afternoon.  The event will be posted on Metrolist, Realtor.com, Trulia and Zillow.  Your Sneak Preview will be promoted to neighbors, spheres of influence, including The Denver 100’s top producer list, as well as to the general public.

2 - Set a Time Table for Home Preparation

Make your home appealing to attract buyers instantly.  Prior to the Sneak Preview Week, Tim will help you with:

  • Signage Preparation
  • Brochure Creation

3 - Monday is Listing Leverage Day

The Monday prior to the Sneak Preview event is a busy and exciting time!

  • For Sale sign topper with a Coming Soon tag is placed at your home
  • Flyer box is added and filled with your specialized Home Brochure
  • Individual website is created for your home
  • Your home is entered in to the MLS system with showings beginning with your Sneak Preview event
